1. Constitution
The Constitution defines the rules by which the Jeep Club SA is run and to which members bind themselves when they join the club. It is up for review on a yearly basis at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

3. Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct (63kb) describes how we should conduct ourselves within our Jeeps both on- and off-road so as to promote a positive attitude towards our sport and the environment.
4. Membership application
The Membership application form (71kb) is to be used by people who wish to apply for or renew membership of the Jeep Club SA.
5. Membership update
The Membership update form (70kb) is to be used by members of the Jeep Club SA for whom any of their relevant personal information has changed (address, telephone, e-mail, etc.).
6. Indemnity
The Indemnity form (52kb) is to be used by members who wish to fill in the standard indemnity form in comfort at home before participating in an event organised by the Jeep Club SA. For those who forgot, indemnity forms will be available at the start of each trip.
7. Claim
The Claim form (24kb) is to be used by members that want to claim back money spent on legitemate Jeep Club SA expenditure, for example, during organising of an event.
